THE STORY OF FLYINMYND

Founded in 2019 by Julian Barthel, FlyinMynd's mission is to help individuals in pursuit of excellence perform at their highest level and shape the future by creating lasting change.

We provide Key Notes, Workshops, Coaching and continued education for leaders and coaches in and outside of sport skydiving, bringing forward key strategies to manage high stakes environment such as extreme sports. We create responsible, educated and autonomous leaders with a solid foundation of knowledge, communication and leadership skills.

We offer continued education for coaches including communication, safety, leadership and self-leadership training and stress-management techniques under the leadership and guidance of Julian Barthel, Marius Sotberg and Oscar Asfura.
